Providing Direction for Success

the nonprofit sector is well established and continues to grow.  Currently there are over 40,000 registered nonprofits in Florida.  Many nonprofit organizations are too small to hire fundraising professionals however there is still a need to raise funds.

For organizations that can hire professional staff it is a supply and demand situation.  The nonprofit sector reports that there are more professional job openings than there are qualified persons to fill them.  The average lifespan of a development professional on the job is from eighteen months to three years.  It is an industry that is constantly on the move.  This constant movement often creates gaps in fundraising that are left unaddressed and could be filled by a professional consulting service.

There is a need for interim staffing, completion of annual campaigns, grant fundraising, special event planning, and direct mail solicitations.  Often programs sometimes lack a solid infrastructure.  Consultants can complete development audits and create a fundraising plan that can be carried on to ensure fundraising success and a continuity of service.
